Rhythm: Regular
P Wave:Often variable in shape (atrial v sinus) and can be upright or inverted
PR Interval: Normal but may be shorter or even longer
QRS: Normal (<0.10 sec)

Atrial tachycardia is a type of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) due to cardiac rhythm disturbances within the atria. Most atrial tachycardia cases are benign, but it can also be caused by an abnormal heart structure. Examples of abnormal heart structure would be congenital heart disease or post cardiac surgery patients.
